We are
BOTTOM UP
Bottom Up is born from the desire to improve the world in organizational cultures, from the bottom up, from back to front, from right to left and above all from within each one of us to change the outside of everyone from the compass of organizational capabilities, which allows us to understand where we want to go to improve our work environment.
We have a track record that has allowed us to evolve to create product-oriented organizations that support businesses, understanding that from strategies to operating models are empty if the products do not contribute to creating business ecosystems.

How we work?
Strategies that Generate Real Impact
At Bottom Up, we share our extensive experience in implementing effective models, backed by lessons learned from leading organizations. Throughout this process, we have learned from our clients both the successes and the challenges in order to help you make the right strategic decisions, at the right time, and with the precise information you need to move forward with confidence.
We have designed and adapted a set of key processes and tools that support decision-makers' conversations. Many of them will be familiar to you; others, however, are where the transformative value truly lies.
We know which ingredients are essential to create products that captivate customers and we know the factors that organizations need to evolve effectively.
We co-design and accompany discovery and transformation processes, using a combination of methodologies and frameworks that foster organizational flexibility and the delivery of tangible value.
We understand that true change begins with people. Therefore, we propose an evolutionary work path with a dual approach, where we promote experiments oriented towards continuous improvement (Kaizen), always with an organized focus and proven methodological foundations.
At the same time, we accompany the transformation of your organization's leaders so that they acquire the necessary skills to instill a new business vision, aligned with current challenges.
We guide you through each phase of this evolutionary process, creating lasting organizational capabilities in people, so that they can take on changes, drive them, and make them effective in the long term.

Our
Experience
• 10 years of experience creating spaces of shared understanding, learning, and experimentation to accompany our clients in their evolution.

Operating Models at Scale: Effective Implementation with SAFe®
Every business strategy needs a management model that functions as a clear horizon, supported by knowledge domains and capable of efficiently integrating interactions within the value chain.
After exploring various scaling methodologies, at Bottom Up we have chosen to implement SAFe® (Scaled Agile Framework) for its ability to address complex contexts and its flexibility to adapt to different needs according to the needs of organizations.
This framework not only facilitates effective delivery but also offers an evolutionary approach that focuses on connecting and aligning strategy with execution to create results that fit organizations of different sizes and industries.
We like to say that we implement "SAFe® in a SAFE way" because, after having implemented it on multiple platforms and sectors, we know exactly how and when it generates the greatest value for each organization.
This approach allows us to ensure that the adoption of the model is effective and aligned with strategic objectives.
An operating model that aligns with the value chain, puts the customer at the center, manages interactions, and allows for efficient portfolio management is key to developing the organizational capabilities that make a difference in a competitive market.
We believe in what we do!
At Bottom Up, we propose a unique consulting model, where we are not only advisors, but we become an integral part of your organization.
We create temporary capabilities to empower key internal players, accompanying them until they reach maturity and autonomy, leaving them with the necessary skills to sustain evolution.
We align ourselves with values and principles that transcend the individual, creating collaborative work ecosystems where knowledge is the most valuable asset we share.
"Walk the talk" is more than a motto for us; it's the way we work. We will go through the evolution process together, being a key enabler that, ultimately, seeks to be dispensable, because our true success lies in your independence.
We adapt and simplify industry-proven frameworks to respond to the specific needs of each client, creating personalized and effective solutions that balance what is necessary with what truly works.
Reviews
Pedro is an outstanding Agile Coach. He is an effective communicator and facilitator, well versed in the SAFE Agile Framework and has the technical acumen to make the process relatable to all. I knew as I made the transition that Pedro would have an answer to make me and my team effective.
MARIEL LOSSO
Enterprise Technology Architect, Site Reliability Engineering Leader and IT Fellow at ExxonMobil
We had the chance of partnering together while in ExxonMobil IT and was able to see his coaching skills in action and how transformative and results driven Pedro is. Also successful in management, he was able to build a team and enable them for success at transforming the organization.
I was able to learn a lot from his guidance and experience and I’m certain our paths will cross again.
JUAN PABLO FIORILLI
Assistant Director at EY
Pedro is a fantastic thought leader, agile practitioner and trainer. He was a force to be reckoned with when I worked with him previously in not just leading the charge for agile but also understanding the big picture. His ability to understand what the end business goal was and tie it back to how to change existing culture and practices were key to helping innovate the way people worked. Pedro is extremely passionate about enabling innovation and collaboration and seeing people evolve into agile practitioners from their previous practices. If you are looking for someone to help with your digital transformation in Argentina please talk to Pedro.
CHAD FERMAN
Senior Application Deployment Solutions Architect at Red Hat
Pedro saw on me something that no one else at that time did and helped me uncover it. Now I can say that I’m an agile coach because he choose to believe, for that I will be forever grateful. His actions are reflected in one simple sentence “pay it forward”.
